Email design and delivery plays a vital role for the CRM, VIP and marketing teams within the Rank Group.
Working in conjunction with the stakeholders, I was asked to help design series of responsive and standard email templates all of which were respectful of the Grosvenor Casinos brand. The resultant layouts were then coded and tested by the CRM team before delivery.
